SUCKS!
I ordered the same thing twice and after filling out everything when it came time to download what I purchased via a credit card, I got the message "You didn't order anything" when I hit the "download" button. So now I have to call my credit card company and ask them to watch out for two bogus charges for around $30 each.
Bottomline, they are either crooks or totally incompetent. In any event, avoid this outfit.

My music is not shipped yet-cancel and refund full price
Subject: Immediate Refund Request Next Day Shipping Not Delivered
I am writing to formally request an immediate refund for my recent sheet music order.
I placed this order with Next Day shipping, for which I paid an additional premium, and the package was shipped accordingly. However, despite this, the order has still not been delivered, and there has been no acceptable resolution or explanation.
This constitutes a failure to deliver the service as purchased, and the delay is unacceptableespecially given that this was time-sensitive sheet music ordered specifically with expedited shipping.
At this point, I am requesting:A full refund of the shipping fee, andA refund for the order itself, as the delivery delay has rendered the purchase unusable.
Please process this refund immediately and confirm in writing.
If I do not receive confirmation promptly, I will have no choice but to dispute the charge through my credit card provider.

Confused order
I thought what I had ordered was a CD and a songbook according to the description online. But what I got was just a CD unless the songbook is floating under a different cover in the mail.
I ordered this quite a long time ago, and it has not been delivered. I did get the CD. I don't know how I'm supposed to teach the music without the songbook as advertised in the ad.
I don't know what else to do. I would like for the songbook to be delivered digitally at this point if possible.

Confused order
Order not as advertised it says I should have songbook and that was not received.i kinda need the sheet music to be able to teach my students the music. I did receive the CD. I oils like to receive the sheet music digitally if that is possible!

Resolved: Problem
they explained how the subscription works and how to avoid being signed up for it. read the fine print.
There was no way to contact them and when I ordered some sheet music, I was automatically signed up for a $10 a month program of some kind and I had no way to cancel it. I tried to contact the company, but there was no phone number and the phone number listed here does not work.
They only give you a chat but then tell you they will respond to you within three hours. No good.

Call rang for a moment and then
disconnected. Can't get a person to help me find a piece of music - I have been a customer for a long time.
This is new to me . Chatbot connected me to site that wanted to charge me to keep searching!

I have referred the matter to PayPal for a resolution in hopes of receiving a refund for the unauthorized charge.
